The basis is that a blonde nemesis steals Laura Michelle's song, name, and then her boyfriend. Laura Michelle tries to get through security to where her nemesis is performing her song "Chuck Norris", but can't get through. She gives up and this is when Chuck Norris sees her. He gives her CForce water and drinking it helps empower her. She then is able to stand up for herself in all the situations she didn't. Including flying onto the stage like a rockstar, kicking the nemesis out of her way. Suddenly what looked like a very bored band starts rocking out now that Laura Michelle is finally where she should be.
